Very perfectly put. Every enterprise app will have AI or rather GenAI bolted in it. Also, how do you keep continuing differentiation of your product quickly and data quality becomes the moat. Just as enterprises currently do not know on which cloud their infrastructure run or it becomes invisible, model moats will be hidden as one of those elements.
On the topic of User Experience - It's been interesting to see how investor demand for AI has manifested itself in the Enterprise SaaS space as copilots or chatbots embedded in the product, to varying levels of usefulness.
I'm curious to see if this incremental approach will work. Likely, fundamentally reworking UX flows for businesses with 100+ million ARR becomes difficult due to the risk of alienating the existing customer base in some form of the Innevator's Dilemma.
Very well written; specifically loved the last sentence! :)
